2 TBSP olive oil
4 chicken breast
1 small onion
1 cup sliced carrots
2 1/2 cups sliced (2 medium zucchini)
2 cans (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes
with basil, garlic, and oregano
2 cans (14.5 ounce) low sodium chicken broth
Grated Parmesan, optional
Cook chicken and add all ingredients into crock pot on low. Eat as you please.
